Bella Bug Flowers and Bows

I know there are a lot of fans who love this site. I had several issues about this site and would like to let you know and be aware of it. First she was a sponsor in my first giveaway and has given a the fan that won the flower clip the run around and told her several times she sent it out. It been over three months and now the owner just ignores her. I also won a referral contest for a petti skirt from her and have contacted her about it and wanted to know if she sent it out. She told me that she was sorry that it must have gotten lost and she would send it out next week. When I still havent gotten it in the mail she told me that she had to many order and has not had time that she would send it out later the week and that I was not in the bunch. I asked her if she ever sent it out she said she would. Her emails had conflict with each other. I do not like being lied to I have contacted her several time I am just ignored and my comments are deleted. I also told her the reason i contacted her because I wanted to place an order and did not want to get the same skirt she sent. Never got a response and ignored. She responded to others and no response. I wanted to share my experience with you.

  1. I have had a horrible time with Bella Bug, Flowers and Bows as well. Ordered 2 tutu's on July 4th. At the end of July, I contacted and no response. Sent her another email and she did respond saying she was in the hospital and would get back to me. I sent repeated emails and Facebook messages. All ignored...Facebook messages were deleted. I contacted paypal and because it had been 45 days, they couldn't help me. I see on her Facebook wall, many others who complain or ask where their items are. They are deleted promptly or she promises that a "customer service rep" will be contacting them. She always has excuses...hospital...sick daughter, flooding in NY..All lies I'm sure. I have reported her on Facebook to page called Boutique Protection. Julie, you should do the same. The more people that speak up...She now has started an additional business..A modeling business for kids...Sad that Facebook doesn't have a REVIEW page for all vendors so customers can comment. Anyway, hopefully she'll be found out soon.

  2. Here is a comment that I just left on her wall.... She has yet to respond. Please don't purchase from this boutique. Very bad experience and horrible customer service skills.

    My message that I sent to you yesterday.......... I FINALLY received my order today, and the tutus that we received are all defective! I didn't purchase these ones! You really should treat your customers better! I'm sure you have customers that really like you and I'm not sure what happened with this tutu order, but I've seen a lot of unhappy customers posting on your wall regarding this same iss...ue. Most of us are very understanding people that realize that things happen, but would like to be kept informed and not ignored. We wouldn't have to post on your wall if you would answer our emails. This is the only way to get any sort of response from you. I really hope that you make this right for all of your customers that purchased from you. I see that some people still haven't received theirs yet either. Are you going to send them the bad tutus too? I purchased these back at the beginning of December and just now received them. This is horrible, and I wouldn't have even received them if I wasn't constantly sending you reminders. I spent over $30 on something that will never be able to be worn in pictures because they are so bad! Did you think I wouldn't notice? Please make this right! I'm honestly just ready to be done with it, but am hoping you make this right for all of your other unhappy customers.

  3. Still haven't received my refund from her. Even filed a complaint with BBB. I would suggest others file complaints on her there as well to get the word out.

  4. I filed a complaint with the BBB of NY. I signed up for her "model" program. Received two low quality tutus that fell apart quickly. She never sent more items and never responds to emails or FB posts.
